Hello, my name is Marcus Thomas and I am happy to meet you. I would consider myself a "seasoned cruiser!" My wife and I have been cruising for 20 plus years. We fell in love with cruising when we sailed our first voyage on the Carnival Conquest in 2003. On that trip we got our first taste of other cultures, languages, and cuisine. From the itinerary, to the awesome service and crew, we were blown away by what that style of vacation offered us. Since then we have traveled all over the Caribbean, Alaska, and the Mexican Riviera mainly on Carnival and Oceania. I may be a " seasoned cruiser," but I'm not yet a "well seasoned cruiser." I have much more to see and do and I get excited thinking about my next vacation destination.
There is something about getting out in the ocean being disconnected from normal life and exploring the world, experiencing other cultures, and reconnecting with my loved ones. Every time we travel it's an opportunity to refresh, relax, and grow closer to each other. I am passionate about what traveling can do and be for couples, families, friends, and individuals. Nothing gives me more pleasure than to know that I played just a small part in helping someone escape the real world for a short time and travel.
